Power System Spare Parts

Battery: Serves as the power source for electric forklifts. The common types are lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries. Lead-acid batteries are relatively low in price and mature in technology, but they are slightly inferior in terms of driving range and charging time. Lithium-ion batteries, on the other hand, have advantages such as long driving range, fast charging speed and long service life, but their cost is relatively high.
Charger: Used to charge the battery. Batteries of different types and capacities need to be matched with corresponding chargers to ensure charging efficiency and battery service life.
Motor: Includes drive motor and hydraulic motor. The drive motor is responsible for powering the forklift's movement, while the hydraulic motor provides power for hydraulic actions of the forklift, such as lifting and tilting.

Hydraulic Pump: It is the core component of the hydraulic system. It converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and supplies pressure oil to the hydraulic actuators of the forklift.
Multi-way Valve: Used to control the flow direction and flow rate of hydraulic oil, enabling precise control of various actions of the forklift, such as lifting, lowering and tilting.
Hydraulic Cylinder: Includes lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, etc. Through the action of hydraulic oil, it realizes the lifting of the forklift forks and the tilting of the mast.

Controller: Known as the "brain" of the electric forklift, it is responsible for controlling the speed and direction of the motor as well as the actions of the hydraulic system, so as to realize various operating functions of the forklift.
Contactor: Used to control the on-off of the circuit and realize the control of motor start, stop, forward and reverse rotation.
Relay: Plays a role in signal conversion and amplification in the electrical system, and is used to control the operation of various electrical equipment.
Sensor: Includes speed sensor, weight sensor, power sensor, etc. It is used to monitor the operating status and working parameters of the forklift in real time, provide information for the driver, and also protect the safety of the forklift and goods.

Frame: It is the main structure of the forklift, used to support and install other components, and bear the weight of the forklift and the load of goods.
Mast: Composed of inner mast, outer mast, forks, etc., it is used to realize the function of lifting and lowering goods.
Fork: It is a tool for the forklift to pick up goods. Usually made of high-strength steel, it has sufficient strength and rigidity.
Wheel: Includes drive wheel and steering wheel. According to different operating environments, different types of wheels such as solid tires and pneumatic tires can be selected to meet the driving and steering needs of the forklift.

Brake Master Cylinder: Converts the force applied by the driver when stepping on the brake into the pressure of hydraulic oil, which is transmitted to each brake wheel cylinder through the brake oil pipe.
Brake Wheel Cylinder: Based on the hydraulic oil pressure transmitted from the brake master cylinder, it pushes the brake pad to rub against the brake disc or brake drum, so as to realize the braking function of the forklift.
Brake Pad: It is a key friction component in the brake system. It comes into contact with the brake disc or brake drum and slows down or stops the forklift through friction.

Steering Wheel: It is an operating component for the driver to control the driving direction of the forklift.
Steering Gear: Converts the rotational movement of the steering wheel into the deflection movement of the steering wheel, so as to realize the steering function of the forklift.
Steering Tie Rod: Connects the steering gear and the steering wheel, transmits the steering force, and makes the steering wheel deflect according to the driver's intention.
