Working Principle

Hydraulic System: Relying on the hydraulic system to lift and lower goods, the oil pump presses the hydraulic oil from the oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder. By controlling the valves, the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil are controlled, realizing the lifting and tilting actions of the forklift.

Battery Maintenance
Daily Maintenance: Regularly replenish distilled water; if not used for a long time, it should be fully charged and placed, and charged once every 1-2 months; prepare spare batteries for multi-shift operations; disconnect the charging circuit from the chopper when charging the battery; avoid placing the battery horizontally; choose an intelligent multi-stage charger and a high-efficiency electric hub system; charge frequently or maintain a reasonable charging frequency; prevent storage with a discharged battery.
Precautions: Replenish distilled water in a timely manner, and never ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ it with drinking purified water; when adding electrolyte or water, the liquid level should be appropriate; if something falls into the electrolyte when adding it, do not use a metal object to fish it out; if the vehicle stops running for more than 20 days, remove the negative wire of the battery.
